Cancellation Policy

At FIRVANRA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

If the order has not entered the shipping process, we will make every reasonable effort to approve the cancellation.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may instead refer to our Return and Refund Policy, where applicable.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailable or out of stock
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Payment verification failure
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • Delivery location not serviceable

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been collected.

5. Modification of Orders

Requests to change the shipping address, contact number, or products may be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed.

Once the order enters fulfillment, modifications may no longer be possible.

6. Bulk or Commercial Orders

Orders placed in unusually large quantities or for commercial resale may be subject to additional verification.

We reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion if verification cannot be completed.
