1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing time may vary during festivals, promotional campaigns, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India.
If your delivery location is outside our service area, we will notify you and cancel the order with a full refund if payment has already been made.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the tracking details via email or SMS (where applicable).
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will normally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- the customer is unavailable,
- an incorrect address was provided,
- the customer refuses delivery,
the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery whenever possible and contact us immediately.
